The Low Carb and Low Fat Recipes of the $100 Diet

I understand how you all feel. When I first started changing my lifestyle (and not by choice, I might add) I was distraught with all the things I could no longer have. I love bread! I love pasta! Not that I ever have them, but I definitely incorporate low carb into my weekly lifestyle. But in order to get into camera-ready shape in a short period of time, I decided to explore the wide world of low carb recipes and experimented, coming up with a great collection of delicious low carb recipes that leave you more than satisfied as you drop. that weight fast.

This is one that I love, and it’s actually a tasty old recipe from the 1960’s. Hold on to your hats!

Avocados with Prawns Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3 ripe avocados 1 1/2 oz (45 g) cooked and peeled small shrimp or white crab meat Lemon juice Salt and pepper For the sauce: 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper

3 tablespoons red tomato chutney 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

METHOD

Cut avocados in half and place on six individual serving plates. Squeeze a dash of lemon juice over each and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Set aside.

For the sauce: Put the Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard and Salt in a bowl and beat until the Salt has dissolved. Slowly through the Olive Oil, beating continuously. Add the Pepper. Add the red tomato chutney. Add the Tabasco Sauce. Beat some more until well blended.

To this mixture we now add the Prawns or Crab. Blend well. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Pour a portion of this mixture into each avocado.

Now there are two ways to eat this. You can eat this as an appetizer which would serve 6 or you can serve three with two avocado halves each and a side salad. Delicious!

A general rule also when you are creating your own dishes is to stick to white meat, fish, shellfish and tofu as your main source of protein. I also think it’s quite beneficial in the summer, when eating a lot and with more salt tends to make you feel bloated in the heat. Instead, try the low carb recipes I’ve created and feel lighter and more energized than ever. Avoid summer fatigue from overstuffing and start feeling foxy!
