As the family struggles to financially support themselves and the young couple’s infant son is born, the real estate broker keeps appearing. Finally, the couple decides to trust him. But this new found faith turns out to be a bad decision as the broker flees the scene leaving the couple’s only house, the one that the estate manager uses to hide the dead body of the family’s previous owner. Now the real estate manager is stuck with two damaged properties. With no money and very little time, the estate manager consults an old friend who happens to own a small real estate company that specializes in remodeling properties.

The company’s president, Christian Luter, believes that the couple’s home could bring so much success to their real estate firm. He contacts the estate broker in Munich and gets him to agree to remodel the couple’s home. Christian tells the real estate broker he will pay him a commission for any property the broker sells during the course of the job. When the real estate broker arrives in Munich to begin the remodeling, he discovers that his house has been destroyed. The company’s president is nowhere to be found but Christian soon finds out that his commission is still coming.

What does Christian do? Will he be able to save his property and make a living doing what he loves? “Munich” is based on a true story and is a great addition to any homeschoolers reading list. This book is chock full of adventure, excitement, and the “feel good” factor that real estate books should have.
