Increase Penis Size Naturally: 3 Exercises To Enlarge Your Penis (After All Sizes Matter!)

“Size does not matter”! You and I know it, it does. 2) The following exercise focuses on the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. The PC muscle generally tightens and contracts every time you try to avoid urination. Next, contract your PC muscle for 15-20 seconds at a time and then relax and repeat.

3) The final exercise is to stretch the internal ligaments of the penis. There are many ancient African and Asian tribes that lengthen different parts of their body by stretching the ligaments. Possibly the best known are the giraffe women of Myanmar, some of whom have elongated necks of more than 10 inches! An easy-to-perform ligament lift to naturally increase your penis size is to simply pull your manhood out in front of you. This should be a fairly gentle stretch and you should feel a tug on all the ligaments surrounding your member. Hold the stretch for 5 minutes total, but every minute try to push your penis out a little more.
