Walking on mud is an exercise designed for active people

Remember when you were a kid and playing in the mud and water was fun! Some adults still find it fun and run and walk in the mud. You have to be very careful when selecting what kind of surfaces to experience walking on mud. It can be dangerous if going up a hill that is covered in mud because you can slip and injure yourself.

There are two ways to experience walking on mud. The first is to put on some really stable shoes; Find a muddy path and do your best to walk without falling into the slippery mud. The second way is to cover your body with moor mud and walk in the open air until the mud hardens.

In some parts of the country, people cover their bodies in mud from head to toe and walk naked through the fields while the mud dries. What is that about? When you go to a spa, you will pay top dollar for a “wasteland mud wrap”. Then you lie on a flat table until the mud dries. Same premise except some people cover their bodies in mud and get up and walk in God’s nature until the mud dries up. Most of us are too shy to walk around naked and in most places it’s illegal so I don’t recommend it. However, I would love to cover certain parts of my body with mud and walk on a flat surface just to experience the experience of walking and drying the mud. You might think about making some mud and rubbing it on your face (not your eyes), arms and neck and if you have shorts on your legs and go for a walk just to experience walking in the mud. If you can get some “moor” mud from a spa, it would be best to use it.

Removing mud from our body must be done carefully. Some people scrape off the mud that comes off easily. Then jump into the shower and wash yourself well. You don’t want a lot of sludge going down your shower drain, so do your best to get as much of it out before you shower.
