Use carrot juice to relieve constipation

Carrot juice

Carrot juices contain certain oils that act on the mucous membranes of the stomach and colon. This helps with digestion and keeps your bowls working properly. Carrots are high in fiber and beta-carotene, an antioxidant, which the body converts to vitamin A. Carrots can make stools softer and larger.

Why are larger stools better? Because larger stools dilute toxins, they expose fewer toxins to the colon walls and press against the colon walls to promote peristaltic action.

Drink carrot juice twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before going to bed.

You can drink more carrot juice if you want. Its action on the body produces enormous benefits as it contains a good number of vitamins and minerals – B, C, D, E, K, carotene, sodium and potassium. These nutrients help cleanse the colon and speed up the movement of stool.

As you increase the amount of carrot juice you drink, you are likely to feel a little uncomfortable. This happens when the carrot juice reaches the intestines and colon and begins to remove the layers and toxic materials in that area. This feeling will pass and is nothing to worry about.

If you are pregnant, drink carrot juice every day to increase your breast milk and provide your baby with the nutrients it needs.

Carrot Juice, Carrots and Celery

An effective way to eliminate constipation is to combine vegetables rich in fiber and that have laxative effects.

Celery is rich in fiber, potassium, sodium, and many other minerals. It can reduce inflammation and protect against cancer. Celery has a chemical called polyacetylene, which reduces prostaglandins that cause inflammation.

Celery has a calming effect on the nervous system. If you have been using laxatives, which have overloaded the nerves in your colon, celery will help relax these nerves and give them a break.

Adding carrot juice to celery juice provides an even better nutritious drink. This drink will help restore nerve function in your colon and improve your health.

Celery has the highest organic sodium content. This sodium is used throughout the body as lymphatic saline fluid that allows cells to function and live properly.

Celery is also beneficial for the stomach. The lining of the stomach is full of sodium, and this sodium is necessary to prevent ulcers.

This is what you should do,

Eat carrots and celery during the day and for your salads; drink a glass of carrot juice in the morning and another in the afternoon. By eating lightly steamed carrots, you can increase the available carotene of carrots by up to 4 times. However, by cooking carrots, you destroy the enzymes that will help you digest them quickly and completely.

Boost your carrot juice by squeezing some celery stalks with it, including the leaves. The leaves have more nutrients than the stem and are part of the nutritional value of celery.

Tomato Drink, Carrot, Celery

Here is a drink you can have in the afternoon to activate the bowel movement.

Using a juicer, squeeze some tomatoes, carrots, and celery. By experimenting, you can discover the amount of each vegetable to use according to your taste. You will most likely want equal amounts of tomatoes and carrots and want to add a few stalks of celery including the leaves.

Now, let’s add a few more elements to give your drink more oomph. Squeeze a small amount of garlic, onion and radish. While juicing carrots, squeeze in a small handful of spinach or parsley.

Drink 1 to 1 ½ cups in the morning and see results soon after.
