Leptovox Review: Will the Top 10 Food Supplements Help You Lose Weight?

When I review a product like Leptovox, I skip the claims, testimonials, and guarantees and go straight to the ingredients. The fact is that every diet pill has claims, testimonials, and guarantees. Does that mean that all diet pills are effective? Certainly not.

Here are the Leptovox supplement facts in descending order of measure:

Green tea, idebenone, barley juice, acai, cayenne pepper, buckwheat powder, flaxseed powder, alfalfa, lactobacillus cisophillus, soybeans, garlic, and wheatgrass.

That is an impressive list of ingredients! The reason Dr. Perricone (and Leptovox) chose these 10 foods is because of the amount of research done in their favor. Leptovox chose the research done on these ingredients that focused on weight loss and skin care (just like Dr. Perricone did when he visited Oprah). But they could have looked at the research done on barley and heart health, or green tea and cancer, or buckwheat and diabetes.

I’m not sealing an endorsement of Leptovox, but I’m trying to say that the ingredients are close to what they say, “Top 10 Superfoods.” You could add resveratrol from grape skins or lycopene from tomatoes, but this list is pretty close.

Will Leptovox help you lose weight, wrinkles and acne? It probably will, but in the same amount, a multivitamin will help keep you healthy. These things help, but they don’t really replace a healthy lifestyle. The large dose of green tea should boost your metabolism, which can help with weight loss. My suggestion is to treat this as a powerful multivitamin, which should give you a boost in your weight loss efforts. I wouldn’t be surprised if you experience something great with Leptovox, but that’s not intended.
