Description of a typical day at work as a music producer

Hey, how are you doing with future music producers and rap artists/singers?

I’m here and I’m going to share a typical work day for me as a music producer. Now, before we begin, I want you to visualize a dream life that you want to eventually live, then meditate as your imagination runs wild.

Well, first of all I have a family, a lovely wife and three children who are full of energy. Of course, my priorities don’t stop, so I usually wake up in the house first, go downstairs and sit in my chair. I meditate for twenty minutes and then I start my day. I’m a smoker, so of course I have a cigarette and then I get myself something to eat. Usually 7:00 am to 9:00 am is free time for me, so after a cold meal I check emails and spend about twenty-five minutes responding to emails.

After that I go up my first beat of the day, when I finish the beat my wife and daughter come downstairs to join me. My two older children are in school, so it’s a good deal. I then send my beat after some tweaking and have an hour of family time. Throughout the day I spend a large part of the day marketing, promoting, advertising myself and my craft. Then I do about two consecutive beats after the kids get out of school, then my wife goes to work and there I am with all my kids.

Now I know what you’re thinking because my kids are still young and they want to use my house as a personal jungle gym. In fact, it’s great. I keep them busy with a few activities and then I can do a couple more beats. Kids enjoy the beat-making process anyway, so I’m fine. When it’s his bedtime I have 8:30 pm to 2:00 am I may have a few artists I work with to record some album or mix tape.

It’s a typical day for me because I used to work in a warehouse stacking boxes of chicken on pallets, so I deserve to live off my beats. It’s a good life to be able to have the time I need for family, work, vacations, etc. You can also get the same or even better lifestyle if you just stay focused and transform your life daily to higher heights. I mean you really have to work to want to do it, because the hardest job for the music producer game is to get your music production company off the ground. Once the business aspect improves, your sales become more fluid and it seems to be easier as a music producer. I hope you enjoyed a typical music producer’s day, more updates coming soon.
