Combat the effects of a sedentary lifestyle

If you are asked what activity you would like to be in or do most of the time, you are likely to say this in this order:

1. Go to bed (including sleeping)

2. Sitting

3. Standing

4. Rake

5. running

Of course, who wouldn’t want to have a longer sleep time or maybe sit down, especially if you have a comfortable office chair in your office. With busy schedules every day, we look forward to getting as much rest as we can, and lying down and sitting are the most relaxing positions a person can be in.

But as you go about your daily routine, you will find yourself sitting most of the time, and yet you don’t seem to be that calm. 3.Run. If you’re not used to running yet, the study also said that walking can also have the same beneficial effect as running on your spinal discs.

It is very easy to fall in and accept a sedentary lifestyle; simply because we feel that we do not rest enough. But not allowing yourself to participate in a more active lifestyle can cause more harm than good.
