Bakugan toys are selling fast and are harder to find

Bakugan (pronounced BACK-oo-gon), which means “exploding sphere” in Japanese, has exploded onto the US toy scene since it was introduced in January. This strategic card game, developed by Sega Toys and Spin Master, was released alongside the Japanese anime television series called Bakugan Battle Brawlers.

The story focuses on the lives of creatures called Bakugan and the battle fighters who have the profound power to wield them. Consisting of fifty-one episodes, Bakugan Battle Brawlers debuted in Japan on TV Tokyo in 2007. Nelvana Limited produced the English version and premiered the series on the Canadian network Teletoon that same year. It began in the United States on The Cartoon Network on February 24, 2008.

Now the era of Bakugan battle has come. The latest warriors on the new age fighting scene are the Bakugan Brawlers. Combining the strategic battle method of Yu-Gi-Oh and the exciting action of Beyblade, Bakugan Brawlers are rarer to unleash their abilities in battle. With the Infinite Core and the Silent Core interfering with each other and causing chaos, it’s up to the young heroes and their Bakugen to save Earth and the card world of Vestroia.

Now kids everywhere can step into the shoes of Dan and his friend for a thrilling, adrenaline-pumping adventure with their guardian Bakugen. Bakugan toys are small, colorful spheres that POP into mighty Bakugan warrior action figures when rolled onto Bakugan game cards. Kids fight using points, special abilities, strategic Bakugan selection, and even a shooting trick or two – it’s almost like a modern-age marble. Bakugan are unique creatures with ferocious abilities that correspond to their respective world attributes. It’s a bit complicated actually. Bakugen of the Pyrus attributes have powerful attacks, Bakugen Aquos attributes have medium attack and defense, Subterra attributes have strong defense, Darkus attributes have powerful attacks against Haos while Haos have powerful attacks against Darkus, and Ventus attributes have super speed. With all of this in mind, kids will need to plan their strategy carefully as they unleash their Bakugens in battle against their opponents. Each Bakugan Guardian is loyal to its master and protects it at all costs.

There are currently more than 72 different Bakugan Battle Brawlers to collect and trade such as Centipoid, Falconeer, Hydranoid, Dragonoid, Tigrerra, Gorem, etc. Every two months new waves of additional warriors are released.
