Exercises To Grow Taller Naturally: Sprint HIIT

For people who want to grow taller naturally, it is extremely important that they exercise regularly. However, I think the easiest way to get used to HIIT is by doing sprints. First, get a good warm-up by jogging for about 10 minutes slowly and easily. After that, the real training begins. Start with five sprints as a goal and work your way up as you improve over time. Run about 60 yards and then walk back to the starting line. Like I said, to start with, do five of these sprints. Make sure you don’t sit or stop after a sprint, instead keep taking deep breaths and walk back to the starting line. Be sure to check with your doctor first before trying HIIT on your own. As the name implies, you are going to do a pretty strenuous workout.

Try to do three to four speed HIITs per week. This is a great exercise for lengthening your legs and it helps you release more growth hormones into your system. Assuming, of course, that you implement all the other techniques necessary to grow taller naturally, like getting enough sleep and eating healthy.
